1. Contest Overview This contest (the “Contest”) is open exclusively to employees of a Division of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires (hereafter Commissionaires) who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. This no-purchase entry Contest allows participants to enter once per day for the duration of the Contest Period.
2. Eligibility To enter the Contest, participants must:

- Be a full-time or part-time employee of one of the following Commissionaires divisions on the day they enter the Contest:
- Commissionaires Victoria, the Islands and Yukon
- Commissionaires British Columbia
- Commissionaires Northern Alberta, Northwest Territories and Nunavut
- Commissionaires Southern Alberta
- Commissionaires North Saskatchewan
- Commissionaires South Saskatchewan
- Commissionaires Manitoba
- Commissionaires Hamilton
- Commissionaires Great Lakes
- Commissionaires Kingston and Region
- Commissionaires Ottawa
- Commissionnaires du Québec
- Commissionaires New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island
- Commissionaires Nova Scotia
- Commissionaires Newfoundland and Labrador
- Reside in Canada, including all provinces and territories; and
- Be of the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:

- Contractors, volunteers or interns.
- Members of the Contest administration team (Commissionaires National Office), and their immediate families, including individuals living in the same household.
3. Contest Period The Contest begins on 1 May 2025 at 9:00 AM EDT and ends on 18 July 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter Participants may enter the Contest once per day during the Contest Period by online form. A “day” for the purposes of this contest is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time (ET) and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. Duplicate entries on the same day will result in disqualification.
5. Prize
The prize consists of a cash award of $10,000, issued to the winner by cheque, subject to applicable source deductions in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines. As the contest is open exclusively to employees, the winnings are considered taxable employment income and will be subject to statutory deductions. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be provided.
6. Winner Selection The winner will be selected by random electronic draw on 21 July 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be required to complete a mathematical skill testing question; failure to correctly answer the question within the time provided may result in disqualification.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

- The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw, and upon confirmation of eligibility.
- To claim their prize, the winner must respond to the notification within 3 business days of notification. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Upon verification of eligibility and response to notification, the winner will receive the prize without undue delay.

- By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest administrator, which are final and binding.
- Commissionaires reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
- Commissionaires is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
9. Privacy Any personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
10. Governing Law This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws and regulations, including Quebec. Void where prohibited.
